Rendering Process

Phase 1 Design Measurements and Planning

An in-person consultation will be conducted with the homeowner, designer and project manager to go over the general scope of the design. During this time the designer and project manager will discuss options, styles and answer any questions or request the homeowner may have in regard to the design. The homeowner may request any specific details or elements they would like incorporated into the plan during this time. Phase 1 takes between 7 to 21 days after the initial visit with the designer and project manager.

Phase 2 Revisions and Adjustments

In phase 2 we would meet virtually or in person with the homeowner and look over the design. Any change request or adjustments can be made at this time. The client may make up to 3 revisions to the original design at no additional cost. This phase takes 7 to 21 days from the date of the revision request.

Phase 3 Design Completion

This is the final phase in the design process. In this phase the client has made ALL and ANY changes to the design and is satisfied with the outcome. At this time the job will be completed/closed, and the final payment must be made prior to any work completed being sent. Once the final payment for services has been received a complete rendering and walkthrough of the design will be sent to the homeowner via e-mail. By making the final payment the homeowner accepts the design as being completed and that the design satisfies the request of the homeowner
